What is limitations in collecting a debt over 14years age. Atlantic Financial Service stated that I own over $16,000 and for special offer I will be reduced 8o% off and I would have to pay little over $1,600. But original Financial Service informed me that car was sold and that was over 14 years age.

Does anyone have any information on this number? I know it's a collection agency, but when the man called and left a voicemail, he didn't state for whom he was collecting. He mentioned something about binding arbitration and if I didn't respond, there would be a suit filed against me. The only pdl place I think would do this would be Geneva Roth.

Im a bank of america employee and in desperate need to close my account due to this payday loans that are sucking my life off, im very afraid on being fired if they contact my employer. I think I have read on here that T&C is a debt management that works with pdls?? Right?? How do they handle the ones we believe we have overpaid. Just curious and trying to learn all the options. Thanks

Hello everyone! Thank god for this website. I need help and I live in the State of Florida. I currently have 7 PDL, which are: zip cash 450/135 fee for renewal, tendollar loan 300/90 fee,apollo 300/90 fee, plaza processing 300/90 fee, jd marketing 300/90 fee, national oppt. 300/90 fee , arrowhead 300/90 fee and the last and not least SONIC PAYDAY 800/208.84 fee. I have had these loans for over a year.

Just received several notices from my bank via US Mail. Both USFastCash and UnitedCash (who are the same company, I've been told) tried to hit my closed checking account AFTER I informed them by email that my bank would not honor any ACHs. When they couldn't extract any funds, they attempted to cash four paper checks #'s 999999. Thankfully, my bank did not re-open the account and waived all fees! Thanks guys for all of your support! I wouldn't have known to place a block on my account even though I'd closed it!

everprivatecard send me my refund x 2 which they took out of two of my bank account how they got the other bank account number i don't know and i got back my nsf fees also after me constantly e-mail them over and over until i got it. I have 10 credit cards and 8 of them are over limit. Of the 8 only one bank has worked with me to help. I have closed the accounts on 4 cards but I still get late payment charges and overlimit charges. I can't keep up. I have a car payment That is 1 month past due, but the are working with me also. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am waiting on a debt counselor to call.
