Just a few months ago, I was so overwhelmed because I was in the unending cycle of paying on my payday loans every month without ever paying them down or any hope of paying them off. (I had 3 internet loans) I came across this site and read and read and decided to close my bank acct and try to negotiate my loans. I closed my acct, but was too overwhelmed at trying to figure out the Texas Laws and tired of even thinking about these loans, so for about 2 months, I did nothing.

I live in Pennsylvania and I have 10 pay day loans I am sick everyday about how I'm gonna get through this? Help me

I am a full time college student that just needs to consolidate my debt. I got wrapped up in a few credit cards and would like to have $0 balances on those accounts.

I've checked and re-checked. It is say 0% full, but I am still not getting messages. It's frustrating because I need some information regarding pdls that some of the mods are kind enough to share. :(

Pinion Mangagement is making threats against me if I don't pay a loan off, but I have'nt received anything from them except a phone call telling me I'm in breach of contract......they have no phone number or address......what should i do?

I just called the number for OneClickCash that was posted last year, and was transfered to an agent at ameriloan???? This is really a scary problem...also, as everybody has probably already experienced, Pinion management is like an invisible satellite...no good phone number or address...what a lesson I've learned

One Click Cash responded to the BBB, who just responded to me today via email. They informed BBB that my loan is in collections for $400 (on a $200 loan)but they would be willing to accept a reduced settlement of $100 to call it even. I had paid on this loan above the $200 amount. But they want their fees included. So they said $100 Money Gram would call it paid off. If I didn't accept the $100 Money Gram offer by 7/13, they will continue to pursue it in collections for $400 plus any accumulated fees.
