What makes the collection agency think they can threaten you in to paying for something that they won't even tell you what or who it is....You ask all they say is you owe this money but won't say who its for,

I fell behind on a couple of payments, and now I am in trouble. I make enough to make payments, but not all of them at once. If at all possible I would need about $4,000-$5,000 to get out of debt and back in the positive. I have worked out a budget and am dedicated to sticking to that until I can get you guys paid off. Ok, so I have $150 to pay on my principal payment arrangement to WWC, and I let them take it out of my bank account. Ok, so my last payment cleared as promised on 6/15, for just the $50. That was fine. But on 6/29 no pending payment then and I check today, no pending payment today either...wow. They've always taken out their money right on the dot. I filed with the DFI, the BBB and the FTC 2 weeks, ago, I refiled with the BBB last night, and the AG's letter was received last week.

TO Whom This May concern, I , Pauline Roppe,wife of Tommy Roppe, signed his name to get the Chase credit card because it had 0% interest rate. I was planning to get want I put on it paid off before he found out and before the interest rate changed, and that didn't happen. I did this without him knowing it. Since then I have had back surgery, still having alot of pain with it, and looks like I'm going to have surgery on right ankle for pulled ligaments.

WOW they are ruthless. I closed my acct like 3 weeks ago and they called today to say that they were sending the cops to my work and I had better get a lawyer she wouldn't even let me talk she was yelling at me so bad. I asked for an address they wouldn't give it to me. She called me horrible names. Can they do this? She used me of larceny and fraud.

Okay. I got up this morning and "poof", there was a refund from National Opportunities d/b/a It's My Pay Day in my old bank account! Not a word to me regarding a refund. It just showed up. I had to call the bank to see what it was! So apparently these complaints are working. This is about the 3rd refund I've gotten without hearing a WORD from the pdl. They just put a credit in my old account. So anyone who has a pdl with It's My Pay Day, send those letters out and file those complaints! Someone is listening!

US Fast Cash is CRACKING ME UP! I keep firing them emails and cc'ing the AG. Apparently they got tired of hearing from me and responded by telling me they were no longer going to accept my emails. So, I of course, sent them another one. They responded back in HUGE BOLD LETTERS that this was not US Fast Cash and to stop emailing them and they will not accept any more emails from me. [email]compliancedepartment@usfastcash.com[/email] isn't US Fast Cash??? Okay. However, this email included their NASTY one that threatened me attached to it.

I'm 45 years old and i don't think i've EVER hated anyone in my life but my dislike for these creeps are about to be on my list of WHO I HATE! ok ok, not really, hate is a very strong word that i refuse to use! Long story short.....(as can be) I got an update from true credit today, my experian report has been updated from guess who?? You guessed it!! CACH! And i KNOW exactly why.... My boss is getting me a laptop for work...

Is this happening to anyone else? I have had QM's from three guests and when I answered them, they came back to my page! Is there some way we can fix this? Thanks!
