Is check'n go online licensed? I thought they were but cannot find anything on the list of licensed lenders here in WI. I will be defaulting tomorrow. Already contacted them via e-mail to tell them my situation but they are not willing to take a payment plan. Do they have a different "dba"?

Hi ppl, My first post and sorry for the long first post! Here's my story: I recently started getting calls from National Enterprise Systems to my house claiming that I owe them $6xxx.xx from an old Citibank/Sears account and still made payments on 12/2006.

How do I find out if a company is licensed to do business in my state or not I am in Florida and I am trying to find out about oneclickcash and usfastcash which I think are both the same companies just different dba names.

M.R.S. Associates was collecting for them. Per M.R.S., my account has been transferred back to Pallino Receivables III, LLC, but they do not have a phone number for me.

Please help me understand what the BBB(Better Business Bereau) is? If a company is listed with the BBB does that mean that it is licenced?? How do I find out if a internet payday loan is licenced in the state of Minnesota?

HELP! I live in Florida and have three pdls. Paydayok.com Unitedcashloans.com Usfastcash.com They are threatening me with an arrest, at my workplace and will not stop calling! From reading other posts, I know that I need to send certain letters that will allow me to make payment arrangements, unauthorize them to debit my account (which I already closed because they were bleeding me dry) and to withdraw any wage garnishing permission I may have given them. BIG QUESTION IS: None of the 3 will give me their mailing address!
