What do I do from here? Closing my account is not really an option for me because I bank with Chase- and they told me that if I close the account and something is presented against it within 30 days they will re-open the account. I have 4 PDL's- same story as everyone- took one to pay you. If we only knew right? Well anyways- so what do I do now? What is my best line of defense? Any help would be great!

Okay I recently fell into this pdls trap. They renew all the way till the 5th time, unless you state otherwise, then they pay you down $50 plus the interest until the balance is $0. What kind of crap is that. Well come to find out I've been listening to everyone's chitter chatter about UCL and found their current website is unitedcashloans.net not .com but every correspondence that has been emailed to me contains tainted links that bring me right back to unitedcashloans.net.

This is my first time engaging in an online community forum...it's been interesting. If you've read this before I do apologize as I haven't received a reply, or at least I don't know how to get to it. I sent the dispute letters to both MCM and the attorney's office. The letter from MCM was returned to me as non deliverable; the post man said they must have changed their location, and we agreed it was odd that there was no place to forward it. I was just wondering what anybody here would reccomend. I have just over 5000 dollars in debt from 2 credit cards (while I was in college) The debt was turned over to a collection agency in 2005 They told me I can pay 50 dollars a month (25 toward each card). The debts are not gaining interest anymore. Basically since 5 months ago I couldnt even scrounge up 50 dollars a month. Then the Must pay in full now letters started coming in. Well today I got a phone call from a guy saying to call him or a decision will be made on my behalf.

TO start off I'm a 24 year old college student with a full time job. I'm currently a supervisor at Home Depot Direct and taking courses to obtain my associates degree in General Studies via Phoenix University online. I have 5 pdl's and 1 installment loan. I'm so deep in debt to these companies that a weekly paycheck where I'd normally see $650 take home is barely $200 a week. I feel like I've hit wits end and I must say I know I've come to the right place for help. I don't know where to begin.
