hey my name is john, i'm in the us army and i have a payday loan in texas for 1273$ the name of the company is cash store and the agreament was on 10 payments of 320 every 2 weeks what happens if i stop paying them ,i ve already made 3 payments and i m about to miss my next one will i get in trouble? is this going to affect my carrer i n the army

I live in Wyoming and I need to get information on the legality of a couple of online payday loans, I know Wyoming does allow payday loans but they have to be licensed in the state to do business but there are no rollovers allowed. Money2advance/CCS borrowed 1000.00 paid 875.00 just in renewal fees. cannot find them on the list of registered licenses, I did find that CCS (consumer credit services) was registered but they were suspended revoked for non payment of taxes.

If a credit card company won a judgement against me in the stat in which I reside, but I work and bank in another state (with no branches in my home state) can they garnish my wages or go after my bank account? Can they take my house? Any chance they would negotiate payment with me if they already won the judgement?

I took out a loan with CashCall 05/08. I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on 12/09. I am now thinking of dismissing my bankruptcy. I got on their website to check my loan and they are stating I owe more than $19,000. Unbelievable. This may just keep me in the Bankruptcy however after 2.5 years I really regret filing in the first place. I felt so overwelmed at the time. Any advice.

I have closed my checking account and opened a new one. Tomorrow I will be sending a letter to Cash Call. Loan taken out in May 2012 for $2600. Received $2525 - Western Sky took $75 before sending. I have paid $1065.63 to date, but my principal balance as of today is $2593. I live in NC. I have searched thru forums for a good letter that deals with tribal, usury, etc. but can't seem to find what I need. Anyone have suggestion what to send or where to look?

I am in a 523(a)(15) situation and cannot file Chapter 7.... the unsecured debt is greater than $400,000 so cannot file Chapter 13. From what I've been reading, the same undischargeable rule(s) apply in Chapter 11. Is this true? So what do I do to get myself out of debt and get a "fresh start"?

I took out a loan of $300 with UNITED CASH LOANS on 6/18/12, I would have had to pay back $390. Now 9/24/12 they have taken $655 out of my bank account. I called them, they say I still owe $260 on the loan and that they will keep taking $50 every payday towards the principal and $90 towards interest or loan renewal, i'm not sure what they mean. Please help me. What can I do. I have paid $655 on a $300 loan. And they say I still owe $260 towards the loan itself plus fees. I'm in CA.

My mom was purchasing a home and the mortgage company paid the amount on one of the notices they billed her. However is was not her who went to the hospital and those charged fell on her how do i go about getting that money back. They requested photo id and social security card and a copy of the check front and back. This happened in 2008 and Im not sure how to get the check copy . I wanna put up a fight and not let them tarnish her good name.

My husband just passed away last week at the age of 57. We had no health insurance or life insurance. He had a $6,000 credit card that I didn't know about but my name IS NOT on the card. The credit card is through our bank. Am I responsible for that debt? Do you have any advice as to what I should do, or where I sure turn for help with my finances?
