Last month I was served with a "Summons/Notice to Appear" about an amount I owed to a clinic in 2001. I went to the "mediation hearing| and according to court records I woed $500 in 2001. When it was my turn I talked to the judge and the attorney representing the plaintiff I explained that I started paying them and became ill and couldn't pay them any more and that agreed that the $500 was owed and was willing tomake payment arrangements to pay my debt.

Sent one off today about CACH LLC and its other company Collect America LTD both reporting on my creit report for the same account, asked attorney general for the following: Complete removal of both companies off my credit Letter confirming this & $1,000.00 for them reporting the false information. lets see what i get!

is this a good company to depend on or should i give this a try

Even though T&C has contacted my pdls and have sent proposals and payments to them, they are still calling me at home and at work daily. I've even sent letters of cease and desist to the pdls asking them not to call me at work, but they still call me at work.

I am in the process of negotiating a credit card debt lawsuit. Do I still need to file an ANSWER with the court eventhough we're in the process of settling the case? Second concern is I paid my attorney $2,000 up front to settle this case and I just can't get a hold of him. I already left 4 messages within 2 weeks timeframe and he's not returning any phone calls. The time for filing the ANSWER is this week and I just don't know what to do. I never received any contract nor a receipt from this lawywer. He said he would mail it and I got nothing.

Omigosh, I need to vent soooo bad. Sunday was the very worst day I've ever had. Where do I start?? Ok, first of all: I ran a 5k on Sunday morning, no biggie.
