I received a call back from the owner at Netcashusa. (see topic "Netcashusa" for more no this story) He did also receive my e-mail so he knew my issue before we even spoke. He was very nice and simply said that "he did not have time to deal with arguments and attorney general letters, so he would zero out my account as of today and send me an e-mail stating I was paid in full." Guess that means he knows they are not licensed in Wisconsin! Here is a copy of my e-mail and his response. Also, for anyone else out there, this company is also known as Zipcash and North American Financial.

Is this company legit? I took a loan out and they gave me a payment schedule. I signed nothing and they did not follow their repayment schedule and I now feel that I have paid way to much

I recently received a debt collection notice from an attorney's office attempting to collect a debt for midland credit management, Inc. There is no 30 day notice, just a due date, and there's a contact number for questions. I called and was told the debt was related to a Visa card opened 2/9/01 and was payed on until 10/7/03. I've only opened three credit cards in my life, and this is not one of them.

I currently have around $5000 in credit card debt, all are in collection and have been for months, i lost my full time job when i elected to go back to school (they dont permit part-timers) I have a simple job to help me pay rent and bills delivering catering orders. I only make around $700 a month whilst going to school. debt consolidation is out of my reach, i cant afford the enrollment fees and the money they want per month. I have a free consultation with an attorney on the 22nd of May and they said to file a chapter 7 it will take an estimated 800-1100 for the attorney fees.
