I called a CA because the previous CA I was making payments to closed my account with them and told me to call this one. The new CA hasn't contacted me in any way until I called them. When I did, the lady asked for my account # or SS#, and I gave her my social. Now I realize I shouldn't have and also should have sent a debt validation letter to them first. But I already made a payment to them and set up 2 more payments to be automatically taken out from my bank account. After I found this website, I placed a stop check payment on those 2 upcoming payments.
