My boyfrind and I feel on hard times and took out payday loans to take to catch or stay on top. It just got worst before it good better. He took out a loan from Geneva Roth Vent in july of 2006. I took out loans from other companies. camt remember which ones because they never notified me they just dump cash into my account. so i had no way to contact anyone. And they all took over our account. so where we owed balot of banks we did stop payments so they started to call and haress and threathen us. I thought is was all over with when we got a new account. but no it was wasnt.
A year ago, I had fairly good credit and paid all my bills before due, then I had several catastrophic incidents that completely used up all of my resources and savings and I got behind one month with a dept store card and wfnnb started calling me at home (5+ times a day) and at work (again 5+ times). When I tried to talk to WFNNB, they became verbally abusive. I cannot pay what they want and they won't work with me. Plus, my job is now at risk due to the consistant calls. Any suggestions?
I am in trouble with those payday loan places. I borrowed from 1 place then 2 then 3. Now I am juggling 3 loans.I dont own my home and all the banks have turned me down because of a low credit score. Who specialize in this type of problem. Who can help me consolidate all of these loans in to one easy payment with a good finance rate. All I need is about $2000
I just received a call from an Andrea from National Service Bureau collecting for Magnum Cash Advance. She was very pleasant but still tried to be intimidating. I asked for her address and she asked me why. I told her I needed to have this validated and she said that they had already sent a validation back in April. I said I never saw it and never asked for it and she said the fact that it was delivered by the post office was all the proof they need. I asked if it was certified and she said it did not have to be.
So, I, um have two payday loans - Guido and Frankie Pants, also known as AIP and Arrowhead Investments. I just added it up, and over the last couple of months, AIP has hit my bank account for $1,100 for a $200 loan, and Arrowhead has gotten $600 for a $300 loan. Do I have to pay them off in full to get them to stop? Or have they been paid? I mean, over a grand for a $200 loan has to be paid off, even if I did keep "refinancing". How do I make it stop? :( Thanks...
