I am considering contacting this company for debt consolidation information. I found them by using the ranking system on this site. I have researched them through the BBB and they are in good standings. I know that some from this site have worked with them, for there were a few comments listed, but none of the comments were recent. Has anyone worked with this company and if so, what is your take on them? I feel pretty confident because of their BBB ranking and their special interest they play with the BBB, but would like some other opinions. Thanks

Okay, I have 1 of three PDLs solved for my unlce (in approx. 24 hours, I am so excited about that). The lady was so nice to me and actually provided me with information that I am HOPING will help me locate the other 2 companies, as I have had no success. With every deposit and ever ach withdrawl there is the name provided and then a 10 digit number. I asked the lady what was the 10 digit number that kept appearing....

I am trying to figure out if Payday Seelct is licensed to lend in WI. PS address is 2207 Concord Pike #607 Wilmington, DE 19803. I have heard through other members entries that Payday One is also affiliated. There is a Payday One in Ft Worth TX that is licensed in WI. So is this the same company and are they licensed to lend here? Thanks for any help.

So much for out of state jurstiction.... I guess these guys can and will do what they want and charge what they want. I live in California and Tremont is suing me in South Dakota. I called the clerk there and told her that i live in California and she said oh that is going to be a long commute.....lol. I didnt laugh, My question is if they win can Tremont get a court order to garnish my wages?

Well seems my court date is getting closer. Besides the 2 validation letters and the settlement offer I sent to CACH is there anything else I will need to bring? Can I bring a copy from my credit report of what Chase says they wrote off or do I need to call Chase and ask them to send it to me? On the court documents it says I need to bring last 6 months of bank statements and 5 years of tax forms, also my assests (I have NONE). The house we live in is in my husbands name and he had it before we were ever married, also all the cars we own are in his name.
