Hello, I need help/advice on what to do about an outstanding payday loan with Cash Transfer Centers. I want to pay back the loan as soon as possible but am having a lot of financial difficulty right now with other bills that rank more important in the scheme of things. What can they do to me? What can I do about harassing phone calls at home/work. I can't afford to lose my job because of wage garnishment. I've been reloaning with them for months and have paid hundreds of dollars in their fees. I don't know if I should file for bankruptcy. I'm at a total loss. Please help.

I recently sent a letter to equifax concerning errors on my credit report. They replied and said I must contact CSC credit services. That "EQUIFAX DOES NOT MAINTAIN OR SERVICE THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN YOUR CREDIT FILE" Last time I checked the report I got online said equifax. This makes no sense to me.

BEWARE these people. They refuse to follow any semblance of the federal laws. Between 28 April and 2 May, they called my house nearly THIRTY TIMES. Still dont even know what they are calling for! They have this wonderful habit of calling, say at 8:31 am....then again at 8:32 am....then at 8:37 am.....then at 8:49 am....then at 9:02 am....you get the idea. I go to work each day to come home to a caller ID filled with their various numbers. This is so clearly a major violation of federal law....and at up to $1000 per incident, this is gonna be fun!!

I sent a money order(MO) to a CA. They received the MO on April 4. They cashed the MO on April 14. The USPS did a trace on the MO and now I have a copy of the MO showing their bank transaction info. According to this CA, they update the credit bureau at the end of the month. Their last update was 3/30. I am suing this CA and am not allowed to contact them. My question for you all is how much time should it take for the update to appear on my credit report? What is reasonable?
