We are writing to advise you that as a previously paid out customer, you are now entitled to take advantage of our new LESS and MORE Scheme. LESS means that if you take out a loan your regular payments will decrease by $5 each Payday should you need to extend the loan. This goes down to a minimum of $35.The MORE means that when you take out an Additional Loan we will increase the amount that you are able to borrow by $25.

I have 2 basic questions that I can not seem to find the answer to. I have been to the state attorney general's office website and googled and read so much tonight.
PDL was taken over the internet. First question. Doe the PDL laws for both the state where I reside in and the state where the PDL originated apply?
And please oh please, can someone respond to this with the PDL Laws for Nevada.

I have managed to rack up about $7500 in debts18 years 9 months ago I have managed to rack up about $7500 in debts through the years a $2700 on a student loan $800 on a messed up checking account which somehow the bank messed up but I have to pay for!?!?!? About $1000 on a credit card yeah go figure young kid gets his first real credit card and what does he do mess it up, I said oh yeah not me I won't go do stupid things with my card and at first I didn't I paid on time and then I lost my job and I got desperate and stupid and made stupid decisions.
Very scared of being sued, I am new to debt settlement.18 years 9 months ago Hi, I recently enrolled with a debt settlement company in February '07 and just yesterday received a call about being sued. The call did not from the credit card company themselves, but through a lawyer I guess. I am scared to death, I don't know what to do.I am a single mother, I don't have much money at all, no assets. I'm trying to pay, but if I get sued what will I accomplish. Sorry for the lenghty post, just needed to get this out of my system before i scream or breakdown. :cry:
