i recently looked up my cerdit report online and it still has account that have been paid/settled listed as negative. i would like to have those taken off. How do i go about getting that done. also for the account that still have balances, the amounts are incorrect and they are not updated. how do i get that resolved? thanks

I am so happy! I got a letter from the AG yesterday saying that Payday OK has resolved my complaint. Along with the letter was a response to the AG from Payday OK stating that my account is now marked PIF and I owe them nothing!!! YAY!! I've received information from the National Orb. Fourm that they have awarded NCO concerning a debt that they have been trying to collect from me. On the cover letter it states that 'This case is now closed with the National Arbitration Forum. All future inquiries regarding this case should be directed to the opposing Party.' Should I do something, or respond to anyone about this? I'm not sure what it means. I talked to a local atty. yesterday, he suggest that I do nothing until I am actually served with some kind of legal documents. Is that the right thing to do? I live in Texas....
