I have contacted my bank and was given info leading up to this website. I would like to know who authorized you to credit my account and how can I speak with someone personally about this, because at this point I feel this is fraud. I have no idea who you peoople are!

I am a single parent of a child with a disability and a full time student. I have been between jobs and in the year 2005 could not work after November, due to being fired. I could not find work for about a year or so and all of my biss got far behind. I would love to pay the people I owe so they wont think I am avoiding them.

I filed someone's 2005 taxes for them and sent them in (paper mail). On the forms we selected the direct deposit option. We just checked the "Where's my refund" link on irs.gov and it says her refund will be mailed tomorrow. Does anyone know why it doesn't say electronically deposited?

Does anyone know anything about digital signatures? Are they legal, will they hold up in court? We had wages garnished, and employer told us the digital signature looke just like my husbands. She sent us a copy of the letter, and the signature was typed not written. We did not sign anything in person, and we did not have any thing notorized. It was a voluntary wage assignment through Northway financial. Is there any thing we can do since we live in Oregon and voluntary wage assignment is not leagal in Oregon? Also, this company is not licensed in Oregon? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm trying to get out from under too! Superior debt relief from this site is helpiong me with my unsecured debt, but Iwas dissapointed to learn that the PDL could not be included. I'm in the middle of making payment arrangemetswith them...but its so overwhelming! When I looked up my state...it really said nothing that I understood. I have paid for at least 1 1/2 yrs on these, but if each one is a pyoff then retake, are these fees accumlative?
