Ok, I've been a stranger again, I'm sorry! :( Things have been very stressful and very hectic. BUT.....Many of you know I had interviewed previously for a supervisor postition here at Priceline...That position went to a lady named Tonia, who's been here like FOREVER, so it was much deserved. A second position opened up..I again interviewed. annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd.....I got it! YAY! :) I am going to be a Customer Care supervisor. I'm still working evenings.

I was advised by my children to get a copy of my credit report since I had been in a Physical Rehab Center for over 1 year. I finally gave in and saw things that I never heard of and knew about. I have over 549 items on the three reports. I have been able to file id theft reports with over 50 police departments. I have filed also with the Federal Government. I have found out I have over 120 judgements against me in 30 states. I have had to get my cousin, an attorney, to tell me what to write and who to send it to.

Since I am who I am and I say what I think, and I think I am going to say what I think. Here it goes, and anybody who knows me, will know, I always say what I think without holding back. Here goes...... I have been getting very frustrated as of late reading some, well MANY posts. It seems the quality of posts are going downhill. And when threads are started, it appears that the topic gets WAY off topic, and instead turns into private conversations, completely off topic. This is not good.

Is there a sample letter on the board somewhere to sent to the collection agency requesting they remove an old paid off debt? It shows paid in full after collections. It has til mid 2008 before it naturally comes off, but I wll be applying for a loan in a few months and would like it off sooner. thank you.

My fiance and I are in about $50k worth of debt and we are only 25 years old. Our debt consists of student loans (x3), car loans (x2), 1 credit card, and a new tooth we had to finace...good time all around. The point is, we don't fall into the normal "we spent too much and now we can't pay it off". We have been very responsible, just also very unlucky. Is there anything we can do to fix this, we are spending alomst $2000 a month in just bills? We don't own a home, so that is out...any help would be great.
