What do i have to do to get my money back.

I have made the mistake of applying for high interest loans. I owe about 2000 dollars and i can not afford the interest. Can you help me?

This morning my husband's check was garnished. It was for the amount of 283.00. Northway Financial is who did it. We were not notified that they were going to do this. It just was taken out of his check. I know wage assignment is illegal in Oregon. Is there any way we can get this money back. I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General, but is there any thing else we can do get it back. we revoked all wage assignment and they did it anyway.

I HATE HATE HATE it when I make a really long post and then I go to submit it and I get some kind of debug error and my post doesn't go through!!!!!!!!! When I joined this forum I filed complaints with the OH AG's office about UCL, Nationwide Cash, 500fastcash, Payday Select, Payday OK, Payday Avenue, and One Step Cash. The only one that has responded to the AG is OSC and they marked my account PIF. None of the other companies have replied to the AG. In fact when I followed up today on Payday Avenue and UCL, the lady handling my complaint said, I have not received a response.

i would like to be refunded back $49.95 asap. because you people charged me this i am now 125.00 negative in my bank account. i did not authorize this charge and if i do not recieve my money back within the next 7 days i am taking legal action. thank you michael eckwright jr. my phone number is removed for your protection - Goudah

How do I get my money back from these people and stop it from recurring?

I have old debts with last contact from mid 1998. At that time I tried to get them to work with me but, they refused and only demanded large payments I could not make. So I have avoided them ever since. I was told that the SOL runs from point of last contact which was nine years ago now. Somehow they have gotten hold of my current phone number and are leaving voicemails stating this a call for my full name and that they are attempting to collect a debt. They have no way of knowing it this is actually my phone or someone elses since my greeting does not indicate who they have reached.
