I relocated to Arizona from California with my son and previously made some bad decisions with my credit use, but now I am trying to clear my credit to purchase a home in the near future. California rates on the cost of living put stress on my financial situation, so I moved to Arizona for a better opportunity.

I managed to get Gerald Moore off my back, or so I thought. After waiting and waiting for my validation of debt from Gerald E. Moore last June 2006, it never came and nobody called me, so I figured ok they finally figured it out, I dont owe them crap. Tonight I get a phone call from Genessee Valley Associates in NY, now wanting $5000 for the supposed $2500 debt. Told them I will not talk to them until I see some proof in writing from them. They asked me what bank I banked with, told them, none of your business, prove I owe the debt.

I have the adsense in my blog, but now for some reason, the last few times I have checked the ads are not there. I re-entered the adsense code and everything, but still no ads. Anybody know why?

My wife and I have aquired some recent debt and the interest rates from a number of companies is eatig us alive. We were recently married in June of 2006 and bought a house. I've been setting up a myspace account. I know it's all the rage, but it seemed difficult to navigate. But I finally broke down. Does anyone know about all those "friend requests"? I've been getting a few, and I suspect they are 'bots or else some version of SPAM. A lot are from very young women, and when you click the profile it says some thing about "adult content", and "download and instal the viewer" (which I am not going to do. Thanks.

I am in a terrible predicament and can use some advice. I have had 3 checks returned in the past 2 months (due to insufficient funds). I have made arrangements for one and the other two were just in the past week. Can I be arrested for writing 3 of them or are you arrested if you don't make good on them? I am really scared and am feeling really stupid about now.
