hello all. I recently received a letter from Bennett & Deloney stating that i owe money from my past employer. The letter itself was extremely generic. It states that i might have gone to criminal court about this, which i haven't and this is pertaining to a civil court. Also, they have made it sound like I was notified earlier about making this payment which i was not. The amount is for $300 and there is no notice of why it is that much. I might have a clue of why they are after me. It might be about me using my employee discount on others and they caught me for that.

I have been ill, have already declared bankruptcy. Sallie Mae has told me the lowest they will ever drop my monthly payments is to $300.00 and that is only if I am unemployed and homeless.
