I have united cash, preferred cash, and cash advance on my credit report with three seperate amounts that I owe. They all have the same address in Houston, Tx. I lived in MD at the time I borrowed and have now moved to another state. Can these be legally added to my credit report and how can I get them removed?

Hi Folks, I pulled a credit report and am in the process of cleaning up the loose ends. I have an open acount listed as follows..BAC/FLEET-BKCARD 200 Tournament Dr. Horsham, PA 19044 No phone number supplied. I tried a few avenues (reverse address lookup etc.) and can't come up with a phone number. Also the lookup turned up companies @ 100 and 300 Tournament Dr., but nothing for 200. Can anyone help with this? many thanks, joe

There was 49.95 taking from my account. When I called the bank they told me that I had given verbal consent to do this. I NEVERspoke with anyone from quick card services. I did not give my consent to take the money out. My account was overdrawn because the 49.95 was taking. I want the money put back into my account and you (Quick Card Service) shold be held responsable for my 35.00 overdraft fee. I will be checking with the Better Business Bearu.

I am in lots of trouble. A few years ago I was sick and had to miss a week of work. I was fired because I had missed previous days, and had gone over my allowed amount. Well I have 7 kids to feed and also 2 grandchildren. My husband has a good job but he always takes out some **** every weekend and comes home with little or no money to pay the bills. Well last year I took out a total of 24 loans. 5 of them are storefront loans and the other 19 are internet loans. I paid off 4 of the storefront and 12 of the internet loans.

Ok, my turn to let loose. I have been here a long time. I have seen a lot of crap come and go on this board, and I've sat by quietly and let it all pass. Recently I haven't felt as "useful" as I have been in the past, but that's ok, because I know everything I've done in the past and what I can offer in the future. Lately I am not happy with the board and what I'm seeing here. I am very frustrated with animosity towards guests..I think everyone, whether they work for a collection agency or a PDL deserves a voice and to be treated with respect.

Anyone hear of these people before? I got a letter in the mail today which is a Notice of Privacy Policy of CA Holding, Inc. I found out there name is Collect America. This letter talks about Security Standards and sharing information they collected. Anyone ever get this letter? Could they have bought my debt from Zwicker and Assoc.? I am confused.

Well i was reading some Oklahoma State Law on regular old loans...from a business other than a bank..i am fighting with military funding right now..from what i read they dont fall under the supervised lenders because they have no license here. It was a loan with 12 month payback with an 80% interest. As i read the law since it would be an unsupervised loan(due to lack of license) the max interest they can charge is 10%. Anyone help me out with this.

I'm new to this whole thing and have serval payday loans out and now can't keep my head above water...what can i do???

I live in ND and have five payday loans out and I have one internet payday loan out from a company in SD. I can't pay them back. I have closed my bank account. Any suggestions on how to deal with the companies now? I want to pay them back but like a lot of people I have read about on these posts I just can't keep making these payments every two weeks. My loans total 3,200.00. Thats with interest and fees. I did contact one company and they were wonderful. I am paying them 50.00 every two weeks and they are not charging me any additional fees.

I need the phone no. to contact a payday loan company that gave me a loan in December. I applied for a payday loan on line and they deposited money in my account. I have since then been paying interest only and I am ready to pay off the principle. I however don't know how to reach them. They appear in my bank statement as Loanshop/Mtoread Loanshop.
