I am from MD and sent all my docs regarding all my loans to the MD Commission of Financial Regulation. In today's mail, rec'd 2 letters from the Commission regarding Northern Resolution Group out of Amherst, NY. NRG reported their trade line on my credit report. 1st letter states that they reported it in error. Will be deleted from my cr and to check it in 45 days. If not removed, contact the Commission again and they will reinvestigate. The 2nd letter states that NRG again reported it in error and it has been removed from my CR.

I had a loan with Americredit and it was Repoed back in 07... and now they are "trying" to take me to court and this car was bought in the state of Florida. How long do they have to claim the funds until the statue of limitations?

I incurred CC debt in Florida in December 2007 which has been turned over to a third party CA. The SOL in Florida for CC is 4 years. I now reside in Tennessee where the SOL is 6 years. Can the CA bring a judgement against me even though the SOL has expired (Florida)?

my checking account was garnished, because i had someone on my checking account that has a bad debt. I can prove that the money they garnished was my pay check that had just been deposited, is there a possiblity that i could get my money back?

Hello, I had a cash call loan about 4 years ago. It ended up being turned over to a collection agency and I settled. The collection company is out of business and I am trying to get this removed from my credit report. Any tips of laws that anyone can give me to help get this off of my credit report would be great! I had a question about EEP's that hopefully someone could help me with. I live in CA and have an online payday loan out with Check into Cash. I called them a few days ago to see if I could get an EPP for my upcoming balance that will be do. They told me that I had to default on the loan first before they would work with me. I know that they are members of CFSA and I thought that if the company was a member, then they were required to offer that service. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am interested in knowing if anyone has heard of a company called Aladdin? It appears to be a Collection Agency, although not one that I have ever heard of. Are they legitimate? The phone number left in their voicemail message was : 800-543-0755. Any insight would be appreciated.

I would like to purchase a home in the near future but of course I have to fix my wretched report. I pulled it and I have these negatives stains on it. I'm trying to come up with steps to clear some of this.. I know i can't remove all but i seriously need to chip away on this.

I got a letter from the irs about well fargo sending them a 8000 dollar charged off item the irs says it was undeclared income and now i owe taxes. I tried to call well fargo but was not able to get through. I did not have any dealing with them or wachovia at all i did have a car loan when they were atlantic bank back in 1995-96 that was repoed. Can they go that far back and say it was 2010 that the purchase date was in dec . The irs say to dispute it but i have not been able to get anything from the wells fargo office in portland oregan. Do you have any suggestions how to deal with it.
