I have 70k in three unsecured cc debts. If i do not finance the amounts due but pay each the total settled amount, what percentage of the current debt should i shoot for with the collection agencies?

What can I do? I kept getting collection calls from a company called Fidelity Credit. I called a number of times and told them they had the wrong number. They told me who they were looking for and I was not him! After some months, the calls stopped. Lately, again, they are now coming from a company called National Consumer Services, which I come to find out is Fidelity, just under a different name. Lastest phone # is 727-585-4726. What can I do to make them stop? I owe no one money!! Well, I do, but I am current on absolutely everything.

I got a letter from the Attorney Generals office of Indiana saying they were trying to "mediate" a reasonable resolution with Bass and Associates. Can someone tell me if anyone has gotten a letter from their State Attorney Generals office and if so, what exactly does that mean? Thanks so much!

well so far I have not gotten any validation - or any phone calls (Nice) from them since I sent my letter. There is nothing on my credit report either. I am however obsessing regarding this. I have in the past made 4 phone calls to the orignal pharmacy with no results. I called the dr's office, and she told me that per the rep it was "going to the top and someone would call me from Nova Factor" no surprise...no call. I guess my question is should I hold tight and wait, or try calling the pharmacy again?

Original loan for $250 and they have been debiting $75 every two weeks and have already taken $525. I can't locate their contact information, otherwise I would have paid this loan in full way before all these interest payments. The only thing I can think of doing now is putting a block on them from debiting my account. Help!

Hello, My name is Ed, I have recently been dealing with an attorney (amin assistant) that is working for Collect America they state they represent Arrow Financial but I called arrow and was told the account had been sold to collect America. A little about my situation, I had a motorcycle loan from Yamaha through HSBC then I lost my job which made me drop insurance on the bike, the bike was stolen but I continued to make payments until I fell behind.

Hi everyone. I was referred to this forum while trying to get a loan to get out from under my PDL's. I have the following store front and internet loans. I live in Idaho, and any suggestions or advice are appreciated. I need to move fast because Friday night the majority of the deductions will be made.I take responsibility for taking these out (although I wish the internet companies had made it much harder), but I can't continue paying all of these fees. I have deleted what I've found so far, and would appreciate no one going in and adding/changing information in my posts without my authorization.
