Hi, I am new to this site, but have found it amazing, thanks to all of you people out there. Question, I have subscribed to credit keeper, and looking @ my report, am seeing things that I have NOT a clue what they are. Biggest problem, there is no name of who the creditor is-what do I do? How can I fight something, or someone, that I don't even know who or what it is for? Thanks, Jums

Do prosper loans show up on a credit report, since they are privately lended?

I recently replied to a post from Smokey about CASHCALL> I warned about this company on a previous post. This is one dangerous company that is LEGAL!!!! They have a bank backing them and are just as legal as a storefront. They do the installment thing. With the interest they charge you can never dig out from this mess. So BEWARE of Cashcall. I hate those commercials thousands in your pockets in minutes. What they dont tell you its the rest of your life paying it back. KYSIDE38

this people at allied interstate are just the rudest people...i'm trying to make my first deposit to them of 250 dollars 2 weeks ago and i gave them all my account information ...the guy calls me back and yells at me saying i gave him the wrong account number...i must have repeated the account number again to him about 15 times and says thats the account number that i gave him before so he tells me to go to my bank and ask them why they can't locate the account so i go there and they located a transaction that they tried to make through there routing number but they told me that allied interst

Well, things were going good at work. I worked full time as a hairstylist at a Penneys salon and they hired 6 stylist and then business started going down. They were taking out my insurance and 401k but I was making around 250-300 after all was deducted. so stupidly in November took out some payday loans 4 to bo exact. Every payday they were taking out totally 200.00. I finally closed out my account and opened another one so I could at least start paying bills and getting caught up on them.

I feel so very grateful for the assistance i have received here. I can now see my way out with my bk and the information I have gleaned from this community. God bless you.

Had to pay for mother's funeral 2003, repair family home 2003-04, build home for my family 2002, new born 2002, two children w/glasses & braces (teeth) 2004-06, built in-ground pool 2006, first born started college 2006 and the money just started dwelling, refinance primary property that went south, company failed to report us correctly and still trying to resolve this issue since Dec 2006. Will do what ever it takes for our son to pay for this years tuition at VT, he made "Deans List" first semster and is starting on his degree this semester.

This number to a 'Russ and Russ' alledged law office. Bottom feeder I am sure. Can not find them on the web...hhhmmm. I just called and I asked who is this. Russ and Russ law office.

This PDL I have with mycashnow has gone into default. So now they are calling my family asking them for contact information on me. My elderly grandmother and others can't take this. Any suggestions? This is making me mad now.
