I am currently in debt with credit cards. They tell me what the minimum payment is and I pay more than that however I still acrue over the limit fees. I believe that the minimum balance should include any over the limit fees in order to save you that fee month to month. I feel like they really do not have my best interests at heart. They know that this is big business. I have to decided to cut them all up and try to start over. :twisted:

I signed up wiht Mezey as well. I am into them for about 6K. I have just been served with a summons to appear in court and Mezey explained there is NOTHING they can do for me. I have to neg. this debt on my own as well as any other creditors that take me to court. I signed with them to avoid this trouble. Now I am in deep and don\\\'t quite know how to get out of this mess. Not to mention the 6K I lost to Mezey.

I would like to know if anyone has had experiences with this "so called" law firm, rather clearly a collection agency who's employees seem to be only good at intimidating people (so they think) to send them money without proof of anything. Furthermore, their threats of absurd amounts of money that they demand be sent to them or they will take you to court. People should be aware of their tactics and I am curious as to whether there are others out there that have had the same unpleasant experience I have had.

Do not, under any circumstances send any money to any person who claims to be a collector for United Pay Services. They are bogus and are not even in this country. The 305 area code phone number that someone else posted rolls to a phone in India. These people are rude, and will pretend not to understand English when you are attempting to explain to them that you have already paid a bill they are "collecting" for. MoneyGram is shutting them down so they won't be able to pressure folks into sending "payments" via a moneygram anymore.

I have taken out too many payday loans and now trying to pay them all back. I can not get a hold or find a phone number for loanshop/broad..... I am hoping someone can help me.

Has anyone had to payoff a loan with the following PDL's pertaining to a debt consolidation/settlement. If so, can you tell me how cooperative they are and what their settlement dollars were so I can speak without them taking advantage of me. Also, are any of them on the RIPOFF list? I received a letter from this company for the loan I had gotten from SJM Marketing. However, it does not say what the balance they are wanting (only in an email from a Ryan Hall). It does have the loan amount $ 300.00 and when it was taken out. My question is........this is not a " Validation" letter because it does NOT specify what I have paid towards it? At the bottom it gives the info to send Money Grams. The $ 570.00 they are wanting is not at all in the letter.

My credit report states I have an account open with MCYDSNB. Who are they and how can I go about cancelling the account?

I was wondering how long negative items (i.e. 30 days past due and KD\'s) stay on your credit report? If you pay them, does that help raise your score until they come off?

I've worked out deals to pay off the principle of 3 of my pdls. Today Omega Capital called asking if, I was able to come up with an arrangement with Andy Watkins for the $425 I owed. I told her that according to Andy "I had paid atleast $140 of the $200 ipdl, or the amount owed would be $576. (which i recorded the phone convo. w/Andy, and let him know I was recording.)" I then let her know that I had applied my states allowable fees, intrest for the $200 ipdl and after subtracting what had been paid in for ext., rollovers, etc. the final balance on the principal was $143.99.
