They are very unprofessional and left messages on my husband's business phone stating he was past due and he needed to call immediately, etc. I was furious that they left this type of information, so he responded in a polite manner how shocked he was regarding their behavior. We also inquired about a letter we received on their letterhead, that was poorly written and was signed (typed) J.

I had got a fingerhut card 8 years ago.i got a digital camera for 100.00 dollars stopped working less than a week after.i called fingerhut to see if i could get a refund on it they said no.So i told them i would not be making anymore payments on ot.A couple of years went by a collection agency contacted me about payment i told them the story they only wanted money went on for a while and stopped.now 6 years later asset acceptance keeps sending me letters to show up in court,it looks like false court papers,they are sending me in the mail.I would like to find out what i could do about this matt

Hello All, I just registered here and I realize i should have done that sooner, but I guess the larger mistake I made is taking out A PDL. Anyways, here is my problem: In September I took out an $1100 payday loan with cashnetusa.com. When I started this I did not realize that NONE of the finance charge would ever count towards the principal. So when i roll this loan over the maximum 4 times and pay the loan, I have paid $2475. So, to make a long story short, I can't do this anymore. I am out of extensions and I certainly do not have $1375 sitting around ( i've already given it to them).

I threw a party and the damages were paid with my credit card/savings and put me in tremendous debt.

My mom called AMO Recoveries to see if she could make a payment arrangement with them, the lady was very rude and said they will not make payment arangements with her and that she needed to pay immediately, otherwise her credit will be affected. What can she do about it?

Is it ok to act like they do when they call me, rude and forceful. I found they get pissed when the threats don't bother you and if your nice and kind to them.

:oops: I have had previous problems before with paying my bills, but at some point of time I manage to pull myself together. But at the present time it has taken longer. I donot have a job and having to paid my bills can become very strenuous. If I can get help please advise me how I can consolidate my bills into one.[color=violet][/color]

is my mortgage going to be affected if i used debt settlement to pay off my massive credit card debts which is around 30grand?
