Want to get some information on where to go or trust to consolidate my debt

Why when I go to post, I keep getting a debug error or a fatal error? Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

i took out a loan from one click cash in 2005. They tried to take money out of my account before it was deposited, over drawing my account. my bank account was closed. i paid the debt a year later via money gram. months had passed and out went the recipts. i am now being harrased at work by an employee of one click cash saying i have to pay two payments of 175 or i will be charged with writing bad checks. like i need this i have 2 kids and just moved on my own. what do i do now :cry:

Hello all, I am a JR and my dad is SR. We don't live in the same household but from time to time his credit info ends up on mine because we have the same name. A collection agent calls him when they can not reach me. I have told them on many occasions I don't live there and not to call him. Well on Feb 9th someone called him again and insisted he was me gave my last 4 of my social he said no, birth date he said no, then they said well you owe us this amount can you pay it now.. Now he is mad at me and not speaking at all.

I have a pay day loan through these idiots. It was a $200.00 loan. I paid them back $320.00 for a $200.00 loan and they insist it is not paid. I stopped all payments to them through my bank. I offered them a $100.00 settlement paid by cashiers check. They told me "NO" we do not do business that way. I told them they were out of luck. Last week they called me and told me they would except the settlement. I could send them a cashiers check to close this account. I said I would send them the check.

DO NOT USE THESE INTERNET PAYDAY LOAN COMPANIES.... they are internet based and they will SCREW you out of your hard earned money. They are all located in shawnee mission, kansas. They have intrest rates that are over 300%. if you have comfronted them about this matter they will state its in your contract, they need to be stopped, i have witnessed a scheme they will approve you for a loan of 300.

Been dealing with CASHNET500 since Nov trying to get them off my back. Just got a call from a woman from Cashnet500, saying they want to settle this amicably because if not they will call the local authorities and have me arrested for writing a bad check accross state lines! I'm in Florida, they don't have a licence in Florida. I asked her "what check did I write?" she said that since I did it on the internet gave them my account information blah blah blah that that is considered writing a bad check because the account is now closed and they cannot get their money.

I am at the point where I have more debt than money.

Does anyone know how to handle a creditor that is suing for a debt that was placed in a debt consolidation program in 2001-2002. My credit report is showing no payments were made on their acccount. Last payment made on account by me was August 2001. Last payment made by debt consolidation company was August 2002. The account was bought by an attorney's office in 2004. Now they are taking me to court for payment of entire balance plus late fees. Can anyone help.
