I'm in the process of filing complaints against National Credit Adjusters
I'm on the IN BBB and its asking to best describe the nature of complaint.
What sounds best?
1. Unlicensed Practice
2. Overcharged
3. Billing Dispute
Hello
I have a couple of payday loans that I havent been able to pay them.
My bank account is overdraft so its frozen so its very frustrating for me.
I owe this loans and I want to pay them off. But I dont have any documentation so I dont know who i need to contact or where.
Now someone is calling me from a phone # 732-231-6372 and threating to arrest me for check fraud or something like that I cant barely understand him on the phone.
What should I do ?
I have searched for info on them. I'm going to file complaints on them because I am being over charged on a loan but everything I have come across is good?
I have read numerous old posts and I'm not seeing where anyone has filed complaints on them?
Am I looking in the wrong areas?
What is easiest way to send them? Also, Should I send a copy of my state laws with them or write it in myself?
Does anyone know if National Credit Adjusters take money orders?
Has anyone had success getting rid of harassing calls from PayDay Avenue? Who do you write to? How do I make sure they don't harass me at work? Is there a phone or fax number for their corporate office.
Hello
I started with a lot of payday loans and is now down to 4. I would like to pay them all off but I have two that I forgot who the lenders were.
They show up as E-payday and tjf-corp in my bank account. Does anyone know who these are and what their contact number?
Thanks
Clarissa
