Paychecktoday.com is hounding me to pay off my loan which I cannot do at this time. I live in NEW YORK. I believe they have Cease order from the state of Oklahoma. Do I fall under the category of being relinquished of this loan? I have filed a notice with the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit. How should I respond to Paychecktoday?

I was 17 and wanted to get my own checking account. I went to wells fargo and opened a student chekcing and savings account. While i was there i was asked if i wanted a credit card. Being 17 i thought that would be really cool to have a credit card so i got one and then used it as if i had all the money to pay it back. Not knowing that i had to pay it off i just set the payments aside till i felt i had money to pay it. While that wenton i was a getting myself in a snowball effect. I then had an overdraft on my account.

I faxed a letter to MTE regarding my husband's account with them. Basically, we considered the loan paid in full (per NC guidelines). They are now calling with threats to send to a third party collection agency. What should be my approach. I want to inform them that per NC, they are trying to collect on a loan that has been paid (per NC they are entitled to $408 - we have paid $535 to them. HELP!

Palisades collections have fileda judgement against me for 1,236.47 that i do not know what it is for does that mean they can garnish my wages to pay this

This past monday my dad went into his account and discovered there was a $800k debit from his check/savings account. Immediately he called BOFA and they are investigating but meanwhile he has no access to no funds. My mom's account is the same way. BOFA stated it'll take 7-10 days for them to investigate and determine how much money was actually in teh account before they can send out a check for that amount. The mortgage, car payments, bills due on the 1st were not paid. I know payday loans are no a good idea but would it be a good idea in this case so they can pay the bills/mortage???

I recieved an email from a "Ryan" from the company Westbury Ventures. 1-800-859-6439. This is affiliated with another payday loan company? Anyone know which one? He wants me to fax back a paper he with my payment arrangements along with my banking info. Is this a good idea? Please give advice.

i am in over my head with payday loans. it's getting to the point that they're taking so much interest out of my account that i barely have money for rent. i'm a military man, have fallen on some hard times and now i don't think i can dig my way out. are there any debt consolidation companies out there who can help? one of these companies is Apple Payday, they've been debiting me for over a year now. where is their website? i need to see if i still have a balance with them.

I borrowed from this terrible company and when i realized what they charge if you do not pay in full it is a crime!! I borrowed $350 and paid already $315 back toward the loan. They make it impossible to re-pay. I am a single mom and now they are filling small claims court in south dakota i am in florida and now they say i owe them $558 above the $315 i already paid! Someone please let me know what i can do or am i stuck paying or getting my income garnished!!
