I have 70,000.00 in unsecured debts that I can not avoid the monthly payment HELP!

Just a heads up to anyone concerned... I found out yesterday that my federal return is still in processing...and probably won't be done for another week and a half, when I was informed by the IRS that it was accepted on 1/16 and I should have my refund by 1/30 just last week. When I logged on to check the status of my refund yesterday to make sure everything was still coming through on 1/30, the date of my refund deposit had changed from 1/30 to 2/6.

I owe $2000.00 in Medical Bills I owe $4500.00 in Student Loans I owe $3000.00 in Misc Debt (Credit cards, etc.) I owe $1850.00 in Payday loans, I pay $430 a month to keep them current. I need a debt consolidator company in Washington DC. Apparently there is a section on this website where i can find trusted companies in washington DC. Can anyone help, i have all my bills infront of me, i wanted to get started TODAY, i just need a reputable comapny, i have have enough of the scams. Also, any Payday loan Settlement companies out there, let me know please.... Thanks

I have received calls from allied interstate asking for someone who oesn't live here. I have a number 1-775-319-1501, but I tried calling it back, and they are closed. How can they close 1 minute after they call my home number? They rudely asked for another name, and then hung up QUICKLY when i said no one here by that name. Who are these people?

Here is another question I have been thinking about. If the law still holds which I know it does. How are these people getting by with doing taxes on a end of year paystub. According to law you must file with a W_2 thats the purpose of them. If by Feb 15 you dont receive a W-2 then you fill out a form and ask to use your paystub. I bet there is a lot of companies that are going to get blasted over doing this. Plus the fees. WOW.... Almost like a payday loan. I will wait on mine. Dont like giving away what little I get. im a 20 year old us army soldier and upon my first year of being straight from home to liveing on my own as a fresh soldier ive accumalated over 20,000 dollars of debt from companies and buisnesses that feed on the young and ingnorant youth of america. i really wish some one could have helped me in the beginning because im only 20 and ill probably be4 in my late 30's before i even pay off these expenses. thank you pfc jones, justin p us army

I did my taxes last night and was told by my accountant to watch next year. Anybody making over 62000 a year is going to get hit hard if the congress and Senate pass the new laws that are being proposed. It was at a standstill this year but they will be doing something. Today I took our tax refund check to the bank and low and behold they charged 3% to cash the check. I was so mad! So when I got home, I called the Department of Banking and Finance and reported the bank. A gentleman named Todd told me that they can't charge any percent to cash an income tax check or put a hold on the check where it is a federal tax return check. I told him that my bank charged me 3% to cash and he stated he will be contacting the bank immediately and the amount they took will be credited back to our account by 2pm today.

I keep recieving this message after I have paid all principal and sent letters. he doesn;t call just emails me which is a good thing I guess. Please read and comment:
