Hello, Well I just got a new job 6 months ago in sales. I am just now starting to see the benefits with higher income but it is a lengthy process. I was out of a job before this one which caused me to fall way behind on bills, credit, student loans. I feel like I am spinning my wheels right now because I am robbing petere to pay Paul. I put alot of money on one thing and then I behind in the other. This would help me catch up tremendously while I get my life back on track financialy, which is starting to happen.

Can anyone give me any guidance. Does anyone know TN law when it comes to internet payday loans? I have a loan with Treemont Financial for $400. I have paid them $140 x3, and my balance owed is 291.00. I am going to be paying them forever....I am drowning and frustrated. I am trying desperately to clean up my credit and want to do right by everyone, but I have 3 payday loans and can't seem to ever get them paid off. I don't have the lump sums to pay them off and if I keep going the route they obviously want, I will have paid these back by 3times or more loaned. What do I do.
