I just wanted to share a happy moment. After reading this forum on a daily basis I decided that I had made a mistake signing with Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) debt settlement. For a entire month I couldnt sleep afraid that I would be getting sued or garnished. So I called FDR and explained that I wanted out of the program. I informed them that I called all of my creditors and only 1 out of 10 had been contacted by them. They tried to tell me to be patient but I wanted out and I wanted a refund.

I wanted to know if mobiloan, cashnetusa ( I have a line of credit) and cash direct express legal in the state of Va. I have been unable to find them as lenders licensed in Va. I read that cashnetusa is legal if it is a CSO I believe so I am not sure. Thanks for any help

Hi, I have a payday loan open with CashWebUSA. I took it out in early June for $300 and I've now paid $450. I really don't want to close my bank account because everything else is intact and I'm actually comfortable financially now. I did take the step to send them an email to tell them that they are illegal in the state of Wisconsin and even went as far as telling them that my bank will reject any ACH payments they try to take this coming Friday.

I have also filed compliants with Florida AG, Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services as well as OK AG. I have sent a couple of follow up emails to AWL the last was responded to as follows.

ok I hope now this will work. I am a mother with 5 payday loans. I need help asap. I am starting to fall behind on my house bills. What can I do to resolve these debts. I do understand that i owe them i just need a little lead way to pay them back. Please help me.

Is everything that you see on a credit report, everything that you have in collections or owe on? Will this also bring up checks that you have in chexsystems? Trying to get this all figured out and make a plan to attack it, finally am in a spot to where I can. Thanks for the help!

Are eastside lenders licensed in the state of florida if not what is my remedy to stop the fee and pay off at a later date or can i not pay them

I like in the state of MS. I have 5 payday loans and they are hurting me each month. I would like to stop them immediately so i can continue to maintain my house. What do I need to do? Please help
