I've just signed up, and hope these forums prove useful. Here's my current situation: I own a home and small business. I have some equity in the home, and the book value of the company (S Corp, primarily contract computer work) is currently less than a thousand dollars. I have roughly $60k in unsecured debt, most of which is past due with some in collections. I have been employed only seven months out of the last three years (not through my corp., although I get a tiny odd-job here and there), and have been actively looking for work the rest of that time.

I was checking out my PDL's in the BBB'S website and this is what I found....

Anyone Familiar with this company? They offered me a $5000.00 dollar loan BUT they want a $500.00 down payment for it because of my credit score. Is anyone familiar?

These people will ask you questions when verifying your information. They will demand that your respond twice, they as the same question twice to get your 2 responses...This is how they end up getting you funded (in most cases) by two companies. Its like applying for a loan with one person for two companies. I have read posts here where people dealt with GSFIL and wondered how they were funded by another company too. Its because they trick you into two loans. Beware.

OK here goes my story and why I am here. I am a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful girls. I was planning to go back to work as soon as my then 5 yr old was in school all day,then came my surprise lil one who is now 3. We started out with 2 incomes an no children,,now 1 income and 3. I admit i was not so bright and got into the whole cc mess.

I was in the US Army with a wife and two kids. Credit cards, two car payments, old student loans, the works. I hoped that i could afford to finish my degree after getting out of the military. After 8 months of struggling financially and getting behind on everything, I had to give up on School and I rejoined the military to try and catch up.

The end of 2005 hubby got full legal/physical custody of kids. Since then we have been in debt. The ex does not pay CS and utilities have tripled. Truck has been worked on way too many times and my car is old and has more that 100,000 miles on it. We can't afford anything and rent has been late for the past year. Thank god my landlord is being patient with us. I got involved with those PDL companies. Wrong move. Now I can't pay them or anything else. I am $1200 negative in my bank account and the renewal fees are coming out thursday.

How long does it tae for one of the counelors to call you?
