I like in the state of MS. I have 5 payday loans and they are hurting me each month. I would like to stop them immediately so i can continue to maintain my house. What do I need to do? Please help

Hello, I am glad I found this site .... I am in Colorado and have 7 payday loans...all of which I verified withthe Colorado AG are not licensed in Colorado: Zip19, ameriloan, advancemetoday, blue king, DS lending, bayside cash and 500 fast cash. I have been " trapped" for over a year, paying thousands in interest for previous loans. I finally got sick of it! My faultfor getting into this, yes shame on me. But, each of these companies has made slot of money off of me. Here is where I stand. Last week, I had my bank put a hard stop on all debits to my account.

My mother has co-signed numerous private student loans for her children, myself included. I am in repayment and have been on time with the loans but we are having an issue with my sister who also had my mom as a cosigner. She graduated 5 years ago and unfortunately was in a car accident (she was not at fault) shortly after. Now she is registered as disabled; she can not work receives social security and is hospitalized twice a year to get treatments for Complex regional pain syndrome.

This is my final last PDL and Ive closed my account after paying these jokers over the principle amount borrowed. I know that PDL lending is strictly prohibited in NJ and know to close my account etc...What I dont know is what address to send my email to, cash call or western sky? Yes the loan was from western sky and within a day was transferred to cash call. Does anyone have an email address???

I have hit a rough patch with my bills as of late. I have not paid any money into my bank account, which is in negatives. I am expecting a paycheck Sept. 7, but I'm wondering if it makes sense to let this bank charge off and close my account, and then take my paycheck to a new bank and start from scratch with them?

I had asked an earlier question about Payday loans in Maine. I have since created my account. I am preparing my emails to the lenders now.

I had a internet pdl with pepper cash for $750 which I paid $1568 prior to closing my account. I sent the letter stating they were not licensed in the state of Florida and the loan was not legal. I received a response stating they were a tribal lender, etc. The account has now been turned over to National Credit Adjusters. I received a letter from them 2 days ago stating I could pay the balance of $230.00 and other charges could apply for interest, late charges etc. These charges could vary from day to day and the amt on the day I pay may be greater than the $230.
