I am in the process of writimg refund letters to pdl companies that I have overpaid according to my state law. Does anyone have a sample template refund letter and a the wage letter?

what does it mean when an account is charged off and is that something that still needs to be paid? In other words does it help your credit to pay off a charged off account? I was told that it would not help your credit score. Also what is a Gov. Over Payment?

(I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum yesterday, so I am re-posting it in the right one) I am not sure what can be done about this situation. We recently moved from NJ to Las Vegas, but we took our VOIP NJ Area Code phone number with us (so Mom could still call without long distance charges). This morning I woke up to the sound of the phone ringing at just after 6am. It was HSBC calling about a payment that I mailed on Monday, but had not yet been received by them and was due yesterday. This is the second time that HSBC has called early in the morning.

My husband and I are tring very hard to rebuild our credit but we have tons of medical bills in collection. I was wanting to know if it was possible to consolidate bills that were already with collection agencies. We also have other things in collection that we would like to get taken care of as well. Also any advice on how to start rebuilding credit would be great :?:

I recently have went a overboard with the credit cards to try to help someone build their credit. He also maxed out the cards. Now i am stuck with trying to get my credit back on track. Recently purchased 2 new vehicles one for him and 1 for myself. Now i am stuck trying to pay off 2 car notes also. But i am trying to consolidate my credit cards to be able to keep both cars and in the future sell one of the vwehicles

Hi everyone, i received a call from this Mr David the other day , demanding that i send him money for a pay day loan, which I know i owe,but I advised him i didn't recieve any information about his company, he proceeded to say , see you in court if you don't go and express post this loan by a certain time, it was almost impossible for me to come up with the money by his deadline but i did. i sent a partial pmt to them. i am worried though can they really send you court papers to be sued if you didn't receive any ligitimate documents about them taking on this debt as a third party.?
