So I just called back the man named Tom Jackson from United Processing Division who is calling in reference of a defaulted internet PDL from Nevis Marketing. He insisted that I was supposed to pay $580 on a $200 loan. I told him that I contacted an attorney (even though I didn't) and the attorney has advised that I get this debt in writing. He said that according to the contract I agreed to online that the company is not responsible to send me anything else in writing.

We filed for bankruptcy today and I received a phone call 5 minutes ago from our auto loan company they said our payment was returned nsf. I called my bank and found out that a payday loan company took the money. I called the auto loan company back and explained what had happened and that we had filed bankruptcy and the car would be included but we were going to rework the payment and keep the car. They said I have until 7 pm today to make the payment or they will pick up the car tomorrow. Can they do that?

Hello. My fiance and I have debt. Some of it we acquired before meeting, but most of it we have together. We both want nice things and when we first met we made a respectable amount of money. He is a cop and I was working on an ambulance service. He proposed last Chirstmas and a few months later found out we were pregnant. We were both so excited. When I was 3 months pregnant we learned we had a very serious and rare problem with the baby. I was hospitalized at 4 and 1/2 months and our income fell hard. We just didn't have any money.
