Has anyone ever heard of "Wealth Beyond Reason" program by Bob Doyle?

I have acquired a lot of credit card debt throughout school and am looking for a way to have lower payments

How do I find out if Daniels and Norelli are licensed in my state to collect debt? They are a very rude collection/attorneys office.

How do I make a payment arrangement with a collector on a credit card debt I owe if they will not talk to me? Everytime they call my house, I answer. They keep asking me why I am refusing to pay. Everytime I tell them I am not refusing to pay (I know I owe the debt, and saying that I refuse to pay opens them up to start the legal process)they speak over me, or even yell at me. The company's name is Daniels and Norelli. They WILL NOT set me up on a payment plan, and the debt is only $900.00. What can I do now? Do I just start sending payments anyway to cover myself incase of court?

Hi everyone. I am in a large amount of debt (28 thousand pounds unsecured. My problem is that I run a car sales with my brother nand half the stock is mine (about 30 thousand pounds worth half of which is mine). What can I do? I cant get a loan to consolidate as No one will lend me anymore money. I have looked into debt management plans but worry that as my business account is with the same bank as a large amount of debt is with they may take any money in that business account (the business account is in both mine and my business partners name so i dont know if they could do this?).

OMG, My daughter's boyfriend popped the question!!!!

my son just recieved summons stating he owed over 1700.00 to capital one. original credit card was issued 5 years ago when he was about 18yrs old for 400.00 credit line. he doesn't have copies of his original contract or charges, and admits he probably owed money to them before he moved several years ago. He knows it could not have been more then 400.00 though. He has tried to get a transcript of charges from blatt and capital one to show how his credit card balance went from 400. to 1700., but niether has come forth with anything yet, and his court date is in 16 days.

I'm in need of help. I've been with a law firm since April of last year and it turns out they haven't done a thing with my money since then and I've been burned. I need to sign up for a debt consolidation company or declare bankruptcy very soon. I want to know of any companies that are good, reliable and don't cost a fortune every month (cause I really can't afford that much a month, hence the debt problem to begin with). Any leads would be great.
