My wife got a call from this collection agency. They actually called her mom and had a very bad attitude. If it's who I think it is, I sent them a debt validation letter along with a cease and desist to phone calls INCLUDING family members. So if it is Ventus Capital, what would be my next step if they are calling family members? Suit? The number is 800-392-1887

i agree completely. i just got off the phone with Katie after borrowing 300 and calling after the next pay period and asking them to take it all out, they did not and now i have been charged 594. i asked for a refund and she said there were no phone records that i have called and asked, aka no notes on my acct. i told her i am sending her my phone record of when i called and who i spoke with and i better see a reversal for those fees. she has now set my acct as paid in full but i still want my refund...this company is a bunch of crooks! do not use them at all. I am filing a complaint!

They stole money from me through my bank account. they took $112.00 then 2 days later took it again, they called my work and theatened to have the local sherrif come and pick me up.. they did the same thing to my wife... I lost my job becouse of them and can't pay my rent becouse they took the money from my bank account... they are thieves...the b**ches name that got me fired is Ian Swartz... she works for Bass & ass. in jacksonville florida...be carefull they will empty your bank account.
