I have read several posts on here regarding this company, but most of them seem to have to do with the loan originator Western Sky transferring loans to CashCall. [FONT=Palatino Linotype][/FONT] When I checked my documents, it lists the lender as First Bank of Delaware. I believe this may mean that the loan is legitimate. To date I have paid over $9600 in principal & interest (59.95% APR).

Hi, I had recently received an answer from ya'll regarding my payday lenders. All of them were illegal or unlicensed in my state except for 1 and that was CashNetUSA which is a legal CSO. I emailed them yesterday requesting an EPP and they let me know that they are unable to offer this to me at this time but that I do still have 4 extensions available. Is this correct? Meaning, they can offer this but they do not have to or what? I am confused. I have already closed my checking account at my bank and opened another account.

Hey I am a college student, and i don't really know how to handle bill collector. I have had my cell number for about 5 to 6 years now. I have been getting harassed from bill collectors since i changed my phone company to Verizon. The crazy thing is, I don't know the person they keep asking for. I receive about 4-5 calls a day with bill collectors including the First National Collection Bureau, asking for a guy name Matthew Randal. I am constantly telling them I am not Matthew and i tell them i don't know Matthew but they continue to call.
