I received a "written off " status in regards to UCL can I assume this is the same as a PIF status or should I do something else

When you get paid for your DCC points and on the snapshot of the check, it says deliver by 00/00/0000, does that mean you will get the check by then or what?? I have never been paid by check and was just wondering that...Thanks.... :D

Hi Everyone, I'm in PA and I have pdl's with Advance America, Check n go (store) Cashnet Usa (internet)& check n go (internet). I have paid so much to each one, The check n go went out of business (store) and I dont believe Advance America is Licensed in PA its a (store too). What can I do to get out of this mess. I'm with Langhorne Law for all the other pdls, but they said they couldnt handle the 4 listed. Please Help!! Thank You

I am in debt. to 30k but am able to make my minum payment so my credit is still sound, but at this rate it will take forever to pay them off and the burden hanging over my head is stressing me out. I have worked hard to obtain a great credit score into the 800's but thanks to 9-11 and losing my pilot's job with a major airline, I had to rely on my credit to stay afloat, but now I am working but not where I was before in pay. But I would rather struggle than to lose my good credit with some fly by night outfit that promises a lot but is short on delivery.

When I was bored today at work I started to clean out my desk and I found the contract that I printed out to Nationwide and began to read it. In the small Print there is a section regarding arbitration by the NAF. I copied it (and enlarged it), and I e-mailed nationwide, langhorne and cc'd the NAF. I also had it attached to all of the e-mails that I have sent to nationwide. I figure I have nothing to loose and it is in their contract that I have the right, in a dispute, to arbitration with the NAF. It will be interesting to see what happens.

I have been getting emails from a debt collector telling me to pay $250. I send them an email stating that I will not pay the debt until I receive a letter explaining the debt in full. A few days later he sent me another email stating the debt. I send another email stating that I want a letter and now he is saying that I am refusing the pay back the loan. I am not refusing, I just want a letter explaining it all to me. I live in PA...legally does he have to send me a letter if I am requesting one?
