I had a situtation where I was having them attempt to take payment from a checking account and I didn't get my cash in there fast enough and they tried taking it and it wasn't there to take. I have tried looking for a number to call or an e-mail so I can set up other arrangements quickly without them trying the account that has nothing in it. Can I get any help? Hi all: This is an update to Tremont Financial trying to perform a wage garnishment with my company and threatening me with a court case to be filed in their state - not OK. Don't they have to file a judgement in my state so I can at least attend the hearing and defend myself? I filed a complaint with the OK Dept. of Consumers Credit and the examiner is sending them a letter to decease all contact with me, as well as, my company and eliminate the account that I have with them. We will see how this pans out.

I have to many payday loans that add up to about 1000.00 dollars and cant keep up with my bills and the fees to extend them but I can't afford to pay them off in one lump sum what do I due?

I have a Sears account that I defaulted on. The balance is about $10,000. It is now with a collection agency. I was trying to refinance back in June and working with them trying to settle. I was unable to refinance. I contacted the agency and they told me that my file was now with another agency. I called the new agency and tried to set up payment arrangements. They would not accept the arrangements I could afford. I have not heard anything from them since June, which is a good and bad thing. I want to start paying something on the account.

I have been killing myself to repair my credit, finally got it somewhat fixed, then I pull my report and there are 2 accounts from "Check into Cash" so first I dispute it through the credit bureau they send me a letter saying the debt is valid. I told them I am disputing the fact that how can they through that crap into my report having never contacted me first? I moved out of state, my report has my current address and has had it for about 5-6 years now, these checks are from 2001 in NC, the first was reported on 04/2006, stating the account was opended 04/2006.

My daughter just got robbed of her money for the past 9months from some other company now i'm worried about this company i joined. It takes a few months before they deal with the credit card company's by then they could have stolen my money.why can't i send them a check this way i can track down where payment really goes to.
