Has anyone ever dealt with this company? My account with GE Money Bank (Walmart credit card)is being collected through them. They accepted the proposal amount from T&C for my payment each month. The rep said there was no due date each month and that the payment just had to be in sometime during each month. I have made 3 payments, yet they still continue to call me constantly! This "law firm" also said that once you are with a debt consolidation company and are making payments, they cannot keep calling you. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Why should I call a CA/Debt buyer back? They claim they'll take action with or without me returning their call - yet they haven't done anything after 6 months.

I had the a nightmare payday loan scenario this week. I actually owe 3 payday loan companies and have been trying to work out payment arrangements. I already closed my account and opened a new one. One of the companies that I owed retreived my new bank info from a credit card application and seized my whole paycheck. This was 2 days ago. I have no money to live on and it is christmas. I am trying to dispute it with the bank. This has been horrible, it makes me afraid to put money in the bank. What can I do to solve this? All emails are appreciated.
