So plain green is a tribal company who report my debt to the trans union but I disputed it so it has since been taken off. This loan was taken 2 years ago after my cancer surgery. I have a rare cancer and will continue with management every 3 months. Medical bills and my student loans are overwhelming. They sold my account to SPP debt collector. They have been harassing me with robocalls. They have been calling and upsetting my mother who has aggressive metastatic breast cancer and calling my friends. This went on for weeks.

Back in 2016, I was diagnosed with rare cancer. This only a couple of years after losing thousands of money in my divorce. I took out some loans and found out later they were tribal loans on here. I have paid and settled all of them and forgot about one particular loan with Plain Green. It was for $1600. I sent them the typical letter to stop ACH withdrawals and denied them to garnish my wages, denied them to contact any of my contacts including my employer.

I recently had a bank levy on my personal checking accounts - but is it possible they also levied my security deposit on my apartment? The money was paid to my landlord and they mentioned opening an escrow account in my name - is it possible they levied that money too? I haven't heard anything from my landlord

My credit score is 670 even though I don't have any huge debt. I make my secured loan payments on time. I don't use credit cards much; even if I use, I repay them within the due date of payment.

I got a small cash advance awhile ago from Amscot. I totally forgot about it and they cashed the check I wrote them, which put me in the negative. Then a short while later, my bank account ends up being cancelled by the bank. Amscot hasn't sent me anything or called me and the bank never informed me they closed my account. What should I do?
