has anyone had their payday loan debt settled with a debt counseler???

Has anyone had any dealings with USFast Cash? I have overpaid, but they keep telling me they do not have to follow the laws of my state? Any AKA's for them to check if they are licensed in my state? Tennessee

what can i do? i have been through 2 debt consolidation companys, they both seem to take my money, and nothing is ever done

KB(Miami, FL.)- I have a dispute with Midland Credit MGMT, whom I asked to validate a debt.I sent my dispute letter by certified mail. They have not responded in accordance except to request more information from me and nothing to say what authority they have to collect. The 30 day period has passed since they recieved the letter. The originally creidtor was Fingerhut and it was over 4years ago, this company that held the account last reported profit and loss and closed.

I have a payday loan coming up as OSL/CMG on bank statement. Has anyone heard of this?

I was wondering if someone can help me with what to do. Recently, someone - I don't know who - started calling my sister, who lives in a different state, about money they claim I owe. The number they told her to give me was 1-800-235-4153 extension 1277. Last night, my sister left a rather hysterical message on my answering machine demanding to know what is going on. They are telling her that it's about a lawsuit. To my knowledge, I'm not involved in a lawsuit.

this William Withaford guy called me again today..He said I have been waiting for you to return my call. I told him no actually you have not since at out last conversation you hung up on me! He said well actually we were having some technical difficulties that day ( ya I am sure!!!)..Then he gave me a 3pm deadline to come up with 655.00 and would not tell me who they represent except for US National bank and EP Processing.

My fiance had an account go to UF and then we sent a cease and desist letter so that they wouldnt contact us again, after that two days later a transaction hits our bank account for a payment we didnt autorize, now we are trying to get a refund and no one will help us. What can I do now??
