Hello Everyone: Would you kindly tell me what should my initial and primary complaint be to the Oklahoma AG regarding the internet payday loan companies. I want to file these today and tomorrow so that this is in place for when these people really start harrassing me. The loans are with Tremont Financial, GFSIL, Cashnet500, Cashusa, Little Loan Shoppe, Magnum Finance, Arrowhead, onestepcash and the National Money Store. Thank you for your help.

My daughters husband ran up a ton of credit card debt on cards in his name only, After apparently being haunted by collection he shot himself. Now some of the card companies or thier agents are trying to say that she is responsible for the debt.We do not live in a community property state. Her name is not on any of the cards as a user or co owner, Any thoughts as to what she should do. She is being harrassed by a collection company representing chase even after telling them not to call her home anymore.

:( I was put onto the street when I was 16. Im trying my hardest to live my life free of debt but some how keep ending up in it without even having a clue. I owe the credit union 1250.00 for when I had my son. I owe a bank account about 500.00. I also owe my phone bill 300.00. I just want to not have to worry about all this and get on with life.

I have received letters from Mann Bracken, LLC too back in July. I requested debt validation and they sent me copies of my credit card statements, basic account info, and also a notice about arbritration. There is nothing that says they own the debt or have been assigned the debt. Can this company sue me? I am in CA. I should have given this matter closer attention back in July but I foolishly just forgot about it. Now, I want to take care of it before it gets out of hand. The orginal creditor, Chase Bank is on my credit report and who I think still owns the debt.

Have about $15,000 of debt would like to learn more about consolidation--

We have two outstanding payday loans out, one with Instant Cash USA, and one with Apple Payday. We have had apple payday loans in the past and have had no problems with them other than the outrageous interest. WE took out a $200 loan with Instant Cash USA and have made 4 payments of $60 each, interest only. We missed one or two payments due to our account being garnished for local taxes. This past payday our account was debited with several authorized debits but also with one unauthorized debit to someone called MTE Financial for $110.

This lady calls just now about some Gold Visa, says she needs to verify my account information so "if I want cash advances the money can be debited right to my account" I told her no thanks, If I need a cash advance I just use the card at the ATM machine. She says well we still need your account information to verify it is an open account. I say, what does my checking accoutn info have to do with my credit card? She gets flustered and says that that is how they verify if I am qualified or not.

how long have they been in buisiness? are they a legit firm?

Okay so Mr. Odom calls again, says that because they got my last payment returned that that was the same as issuing a bad check across state lines. What the heck? I do not appreciate this crazy harassment. I already told some Tim person that I would make any payment other than my checking account. They accept credit card payments but truth be told I do not want to do that either! How is insufficeint funds "issuing a bad check across state lines"???
