How do i write a letter to a collection agency,That filed a lawsuit agaisnt me for a credit card debt

Hi, this looks like afun forum. It was recommended to me by a friend (I'm not going to say who), but I think I'm going to enjoy my stay (at least until I find something else to occupy my time)

Hess Kennedy is getting ready to sue NCO relating to AT&T debt they are buying that is "stale debt" (past the statute of limitations) If anyone receives a letter from NCO saying "your credit report was recently pulled, and you have a derogatory" Please contact hess kennedy. We will be seeking Class Action Status.

I just saw my credit report and i have a account from midland which was opened when i wasnt even in the country...should i file a dispute?I have another acount which says charge off in payment status...what does that mean?

I am being sued by Excel Acquistions for credit card debt from 1997 that is covered by statue of limitations. But some how Excel Acquisitions is showing on my credit report that the 1st delinquency was 7/2004 which is not true. How can I prove this is not correct in court. Can anyone help with this?
