I was supposed to wire money to bass and associates friday before 4. I didn't send it. I received a phone call from bass around 6:30 asking why I didn't do it. I told her I didn't trust them, she then said I was red flagged? I told her I heard that their company has been red flagged also. She then responded with a question of what did I mean by that. I told her she knew exactly what I meant. She then asked if I was going to still wire the money and I said no. She then said welcome to the family and hung up on me.

I just saw my credit report and i have a account from midland which was opened when i wasnt even in the country...should i file a dispute?I have another acount which says charge off in payment status...what does that mean?

I am being sued by Excel Acquistions for credit card debt from 1997 that is covered by statue of limitations. But some how Excel Acquisitions is showing on my credit report that the 1st delinquency was 7/2004 which is not true. How can I prove this is not correct in court. Can anyone help with this?
