Has anyone had experience with working with Wells Fargo? Are they helpul, do they give a hard time?

what is the statute of limitations on credit card debt in missouri?

I have 4 payday loans out and everytime I try to make payment arrangements they put in an EFT and my account becomes overdrawn then I can't pay them because I have to cover the overdrawn amount. I am falling further and further in debt. what can I do? I live in Columbus, Ohio.

I was a child with average grades; well on my way to school with a scholarship taking care of most of the costs. I took out a student loan with "Sallie Mae" and the "Atlanta College of Art"(the school I attended) to pay for the rest. Within the 1.5 years of me attending the school, I received a rude awakening. With average grades I lost my scholarship and was forced to leave school. With me doing so, I was entitled to pay off loans after the 1st 3 months of leaving school. I bounced around from job to job finally setting in on a teller position with Wachovia.

My corporate cc went to Allied Intestate. They are demanding payment in full in the next few days. Do they have the right to demand payment in full? They have threatened if not paid in full to report it on my credit - basically threatening to destroy my credit. They would not offer payment plan becuase my credit score was too high for a hardship plan. Any advice.

Asset Acceptance Settlement letter... June 2000 I unfortunately allowed a credit card to go into collection. It was purchased by asset acceptance llc. I have ignored all phone calls, letters and collection attempts. Almost 7 years have passed and I'm a little bit better off financially, but this $9,000 credit card debt has ballooned to over $18,000. I just received an Asset Acceptance settlement letter for 70% off ( I would owe them $5,500). Which I'm tempted to pay and get this taken care of.

Okay so last I told you guys I was closing my checking account, but then my bank said no because I had pening authorizations that had to fall off first before they could close the account. I was so pissed, so I had to wait for the authorizations to drop. Then as fate would have it my fiance' loses a check book, so then I have to close the account, I had several automatic payments and deposits that I did not want to get unorganized for. Anyway so I call my bank and guess what. They could have just put a block on all debits until I got things straight with the payday loans.

It states that someone will contact you after you sign up - but I have never been contacted by a counsler for advice
