Does anyone have a good Outline for a letter to arrange payments withe CA. I tried to arrange monthly payments but they said the wantit in full or i will get a summons to go to court. This was my first converstaion with them. i want to send a reg. letter to prove if we go to court that i made an attempt to pay. I am just bad with word so if someone has an outline for a letter like that. ty

ANNA here< JESI, they are trying the same thing with me AND the REAL BASS and Asscoiates in AZ not FLORIDA has an attorny general complaint agaisnt them. We need to file class action, they tried for 500 from me also.

I have a payday loan w/gfsil. They are to debit my account on fridays, however my account was debited a day early causing overdraft fees and a returned debit. Is there anything that can be done about early unauthorized debits. The customer service dept at gfsil said it was due to the holliday. However my bank was open and my check was deposited on friday (not thursday) this is so frustrating, i've called the customer service dept and asked when they will be putting the debit back through however, the don't show it being returned as of yet.

i have tried to get a credit card but was turned down due to bad credit. this is because of a bill which was not paid due to a change of address. it was paid when i was contacted by collections about it. is there anyway i can get approved for a small limit credit card to rebuild my credit or is there anything else i can do to rebuild my credit record
