Getting out of debt and paying for payday loans

19 years 2 months ago
I think that payday loans actually are good for the one time need of help alongs you pay it back the next week. I currently have a payday loan from Zip Cash and I have 90$ taking out every other week. How can I pay for this and my other bills so I wont keep falling behind. I have 3 credit cards that are past due serverly past due and I keep wanting to make payment arrangements with them and I can't. I have in the past filed bankruptcy but these credit cards were the ones left open from back then and were clear of any debt. From my divorce I am tapped out.

Why bank Account # not to be given to a CA?

19 years 2 months ago
I have read several different threads on here that say to NEVER give a CA your bank account number. As I am sure everyone knows, that is the preferred method of payment with a CA. Why is this such a bad thing to do? Is it because now they have your banking information and could freeze your account? Wouldn't they have to take you to count and have a judge rule to do this first?

Law office of Richard A Brennan

19 years 2 months ago
DO NOT USE Richard A Brennan under any circumstance. I have been trying to fix my situation with them for four months now. The main excuse I hear from their office is that they are swamped with clients. My question for them is simple: If you have so many clients you cannot deal with their issues in a TIMLEY manner, then why are you always so punctual to take money from us? They have even taken money from my bank account after I sent a written request asking them not to. Is that legal? I fear that vindication for us (R.A. Brennan's clients) will be a long, dirty process.

Has anyone had any dealings with these people in the last couple of weeks? I'm trying to keep tabs on them so they don't run to another state AGAIN.

Taking Responsibility

19 years 2 months ago
I'm going to be very careful with the way I word this, as I don't want anything to be taken the wrong way... I have been in and out of debt most of my life and can empathize completely with most stories of people's debt woes... the one thing that unfortunately permeates many of the posts on this site is that lots of us blame the "collectors" and the companies that provided the credit for our own mismanagment. I used to do this myself until I became a Loss Prevention Representative for a major Auto Finance company.

How to clear a paid debt from my report.

19 years 2 months ago
Hello, I was served with a letter that stated I owed money, and if it was not paid by a the small claims court date, it would go on my credit report. I paid, and this still went on my credit report. I tried to dispute it, and the credit agency said it is to remain until 2010. Can I sue this person that sent a wrongful claim to the company?
