Has anyone ever heard of FMS, Inc. in Tulsa, OK? I keep receiving phone calls from them and I sent them a certified validation letter. They just won't quit. They are now calling my job everyday with a recorded message that says if you are ........answer and if not tell her to call this number. I don't need this. I don't know who these people are and I would pay the debt if I knew what it was if it was mine. I just want them to leave me alone if they cannot provide me with the necessary documents. Please help!

I am currently dealing with one credit card debt that is at about 18 thousand dollars due to interest rate charges. My husband lost his job about 3 yrs ago and I fell behind on payments. So behind that I was never able to get back on track. He is now working again but due to illness I can only work part time. I consolidated my credit cards and had two accounts closed but this one account was not resolved and I dont know what to do at this point I really need help.

My credit rating is already in the crapper...if I consolidate my debt, how will this effect it? will it go even further down or will it get a little better? Can anyone reccomend a good debt consolidating company? I have maybe $3,000 more or less in student loans less than $2000 in credit card bills about $1200 in pay day loans (a few hundred has already been repaid)and And a few other bills that maybe amount to a grand or 2 in total, I have to get my credit report and see what else is out there, but in total I am def under 10,000 in debt.

So now all I have to do is see if they will let me pay them by money order because all that debiting randomly on my account is not going to work.

How can I attend to debts that are 7 years older or older?

Is there a sample letter anywhere. i have not defaulted on my pay day loans yet but unless they let me pay them with a moneyorder or western union or something, I may fall into default. I already closed my back accoutn for fear that they would eat up my payroll check. But I have read a few posts about people having their wages garnished? I do not want this to happen either, I do not think i signed anything saying I volunteered them to garnish my wages, but I am just not sure.

Good Morning everyone well I have finally started investigating the laws pertaining to IPDL in TN. I called the compliance division here in TN who regulates these companies and the woman I spoke with (Christy) told me that IPDL companies are NOT licensed in the State of TN and that the state asks them not to do business with residents of the State of TN. I then told her that I had got caught in the trap earlier this year and she transferred me to Alan Smith whose VM I got and I left him a message to call me back.

Anyone know that number?
