I got a call from a Mr. henson representing TCI? I can't tell because he doesn't talk real clear (he sounds US though). In any case Sears sent my account to collection even though I told them that T&C was handling things and now I've got two different companies calling me to collect, although the one group I haven't talked with yet. While Mr. Henson told me that he is tryiong to help me out and all that, he did say that I should come up with large amount of money ASAP and that he could save me $2,000.

Hello, I just received a phone call from the Legal Mediation practice firm because of a unpaid payday loan. The representative was kind and considerate but then he placed his obnoxious supervisor on the line. He yelled and threatened to arrest me from my resident or place of employment. Is that possible? Then he tried to record me stating I couldn't pay the balance in full but I refused. Was that the right decision? Then he also yelled I was a criminal and I committed a crime but I never refused to pay the amount, I wanted to make partial payments. Was everything he was threatening true?

You can copy/paste your posting from here. They will send you a return email thanking you for telling them about your concerns. Not help in and of itself, but it does serve to document your experience with UF. If they get enough complaints about a company to feel sure it is bad coroprate policy, not just one bad employee, they investigate and can shut the company down.

I know that I saw a template for a Letter to make sure calls do not come to your work. But I cant find it anymore I have searched though the threads.. if anyone can direct me to the correct place. I would be very grateful.. Not sure if they are different state to state but I am in CA thanks

I had a judgement about 8 years ago in VA that is listed on the VA court website as "inactive." Just as little as last year it was listed as "active." Can they activate it? How long do they have to do it? John

Check this out. Not only were we screwed over by Brennan and his staff I finally got in touch with someone, cancelled the account and started life again repairing the credit damage they had caused. Then all of a sudden today find out they took money from my account last month after it was confirmed that the account was closed by an employee there via email. That sounds illegal doesn't it! Class action here we come too!
